MINDSHIFT Meditation
Would you like to encounter life in new ways? Meditation can offer new ways of relating to: the present moment, to ourselves and to those around us. Strengthen your mental muscle through meditation, explore the science behind why mindfulness meditation is something we can all benefit from, and learn basic mindfulness meditation techniques in this introductory workshop.

Session B: Oct 18 & 25, Nov 8 & 15 (Thurs 7-9pm)
A four week meditation immersion program bridging meditation, yoga/mindful movement, neuroscience and psychology as a method for upgrading one’s internal infrastructure for overall general wellness and self care. The program is the integration of both science and wisdom and is based on the application of mind-body practices for creating contemplative insight, reducing stress, building resilience and strengthening emotional regulation.
The program consists of 4 2-hour modules ( 8 hours in total ). Each week will build on the skills and practices of subsequent weeks. Offered twice this fall, choose from a Saturday option or Thursday evening option.
