The MBSR program was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and has been extensively researched and field tested.

This 8 week, once weekly, group program helps develop capacity for greater calm and resilience.  The program explores the interplay of mind and body and teaches practical skills to manage stress.
