Lucy’s course in MBSR did more than change my life. It changed me. Through Lucy’s teaching and coaching I found hope and strength within myself that I didn’t know I had. For years I have been reading books on the topic and although I gained much knowledge, I remained unchanged. Taking Lucy’s course is better than any book you can read. It goes deeper than just gaining knowledge to gaining strength, hope and resilience.

I have just completed the MBSR 8 week course instructed by Lucy Weninger.

I have found Lucy to be extremely knowledgeable and very nurturing to all of us participants.

She takes the time to explain things on many levels, introduces meditation, yoga, goes over scientific researches so that eventually you understand how the mind and body are connected and work together. 

The silent whole day Saturday meditation/yoga/walking meditation is an incredible experience. 

I highly recommend this course and Lucy is truly amazing.

You will not regret making the commitment in taking her course.
